Factor Analysis of Development Identity for Graduates in the Faculty of Forestry, Kasetsart University

This study aims to analyze the identity components of graduates from Faculty Forestry at Kasetsart University using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory analysis. Two sample groups were involved: Group 1 (400 individuals) for 2 (710 Both responded a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. Notably, "teamwork" had highest standardized weight .825, followed "willingness share" (.749) "commitment completion" (.739). weights ranged .825 .636. All variables statistically significant p-values, coefficients determination (R²) .680 .405 when measured Square Multiple Correlation.
